We currently serve select communities within Trempealeau County, La Crosse County (WI), and Winona County (MN). Please contact us to confirm coverage for your location.

4. What do your visits include?

Each visit includes a visual inspection of the property’s exterior and interior (if access is provided), checking for signs of break-ins, weather damage, water leaks, pests, or any other issues that could impact your property while you’re away.

5. Do you perform maintenance or repairs?

No, we do not offer maintenance or repair services. However, if an issue is found, we will promptly notify you and provide photos or video when necessary. We can recommend local service providers upon request.

You can choose the frequency—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We’re flexible based on your needs.

7. Do you offer one-time visits?

Yes! We offer one-time property checks which include an initial consultation, key pickup, and a full walk-through of your property.

8. Are you insured or bonded??

Yes, Coulee Region Property Watch is bonded with a $10,000 security bond, providing added peace of mind and protection for our clients.

9. Do I need to sign a contract?

No contracts, no commitments. We operate on a pay-per-visit or monthly billing model depending on your preferences.

10. How do I know my property has been checked?

After each visit, we send a digital report with notes and optional photos documenting the condition of your property and any issues found.
